The Designers are Hassell Group of Sydney.

The Ovolo Hotel refurbishment started in July 2015 with stage being completed December 2015. Stage 2 commenced in January 2016.

The curved shape of the Reception desk which also becomes the bar were all done onsite by the Karisma joiner’s onsite. It was the only way this centre piece could be manufactured without construction joints & delivered to site. All banquette seating were solid timber with the specified lime wash finish. All the cushions & seat backs are a leather finish. All metal structures above the bar area are black metal with the black stipple finish & brass woven wire centre panels all specified by the designers.
